Moorsom, Esquice, Turnizar General; representing that in consequence of the abolition of the Office of Assistant Surveyor General, which was held by Mr Buckle, he finds that it is utterly impossible for him to carry out, unaided, the various Public Works now in progress, and others which the Government has in contemplation; and urging, under the circumstances,
