We feel tolerably certain that any such doubt is wholly unfounded. The Magistrate is empowered by section 97 of the Police Magistrate's Ordinance to review his decision or adjudicallon at any time within seven days. and upon review to re-open and rehear the case wholly or In part and to reper, var or confirm the previous decision or adjudica- tion. His decision on the rehearing was to the effect that the case cught to be committed for trial, either because the parties were entitled, in a doubtful case, to the opinion of a jury, or, on the grand that his powers' were not sufficient to
