They should be explored and mercifully killed off, thas putting an end to their miseries and removing a soarce of borrible danger to human beings, who sometimes, perforce, come into close quarters with them. It is a mistake to think that dogs only go mad in hot werthes, Rables in dog may occur at any season of the year. It is also a mistake to think mad dogs will not drink water. They often display extreme thirst.
