(1)-That the Capital of the Company be increased to the sum of $500,000 Hongkong Currency by the issue of thirty thousand new shares of ten dollars each, to be lasued Data premium often dollars each, such price of ten dollars each and a'zo such premium of ten dollars each to be payable in such amounts, at such times, and on such condi- lons as the General Managers shall from alme to lime determine.
(2) That twenty thousand of such new shares be offered to the persons who on the rat day of July, 1897, shall be the registered shareholders of the old or exliting shares In the proportion of one new saio for every ald or ex'sting share and such offer shall be made by a notice specifying the number of new shares which each such registered shareholder shall be entitled to take up, and Ilmiling a time whikla which the offer it mat accepted in willing will be deemed to be not accepted, and all non-accepted shares shall be disposed of for the benefit of the Company on such conditions as the General Managers shall determice. (3)That the remaining ten thousand new sharez be allotted to the General Managers who bave guaranteed to apply for and accept that member.
