Should the resolations be duly passed they will be submitted for confirmation as special resold- tion to a sec ad Extraordinary General Meeting which will be subsequently convened,
THE RISOLUTIONS. (1)-Thai the Caplist of the Company be increased to the sum of $500,000 Hongkong Currency by the issue of thirty thousand new shares of ten dollars each to be issued at premlem of ten dollars each, such price of ten dollars each and also such premlam of ten dollars each to be payable in such amounts, at such times, and on conditions a the General Managers shall from time to time determine.
(2) That twenty thousand of such new shares be off red to the persons who on the 1st day of July, 1817, shall be the registered shareholders of the old or existing shares In the proportion of nné new share for every old or existing sbare and such offer shall be made by a notice specifying the number of new shares which each such registered shareholder shall be entitled to take up and limitlag a time withlo which the offer if not accepted in weltleg will be deemed to be not accepted, and all non-accepted abares sball te disposed of far the beseft of The Company on such conditons as the General Managers shall determine.. (3)That the remaining ten thousand new shares bellotted to the General Managers who bave guaranteed to apply for d accept that number,
