The procession will be headed by a torpedo beat with a sea ch light kindly granted by Commodore Holland, and will be under the Command of Captain Rumsey, R.N.

The line of the procession will be marked by a double row of illuminated cargo boats through which the launches will proceed. Lanterns will be served out to every Chlanie vessel in the Barbour including sampans, and the Jubilee Committee have invited the foreign shipping In the Harbour to lemloste, and it is hoped that they will also show lights and fire rockets.

The Naval and Military authorities have promised their cordial cooperation, and with the community animated with the feelings of loyalty that the unique occasion of, the demonstration basso strongly brought out, the display both on. sbere and on water ought to be; worthy of the reputation of the Colony.

The style and method of the decoration of the launches is left entirely to the taste and Initia- tion of the owners.
