PERING, March 4th. The building of the Peking-Hankow Railway has been tecdered for by a'Casten-Peking syndicate and accepted by Princes Kang and Ching, President and Vice-President of Railway Construction. One half the capital will be furnished by the syndicate, and the other half will be placed on the market in Peking, Tientsin, Canton, and Shanghat. After a certain number of years it is stated the railway will be taken over by the Goverment. At present it will be entirely a commercial affair.
