THIS COTTON SPINNING to all ite "HIS COMPANY will carry on the business branches: weaving will also be carried on if the Directore consider it desirable. It is proposed to established a Mill tà Shanghal of not les than 40 000 Spindles.
The Mill will be ballt in the neighbourbond of the Yangtze-Poo Road, a suitable site having been already accused at a moderate price.
The buildings and mill will be on the most approved desirns and will be provided with the most modern machinery and appliances suitable to the climate and Chinese mit hands,
The management and the direction will be in the hands of the General Managers subject to the supervision of a Board of Directors,
-It is expected that within twelve months the mill will be completed sad to fall working order.
Further information with regard to, the estimated cost of working, profits, etc., can be obtained at the Office of the General Managers. Applications for Shares should be made on the accompanying form and forwarded to the HO OKONG AND SHANGHAY BANKING CORFO. RATION together with the amount payable en application.
If the sumber of Shares applled for by any applicant be not allotted the sarplus of the amount paid on depoal wil be appropriated towards the sum due from such applicant on allotment.
