The Mainichi states that a telegram dated the 3rd lost, was received ta Tokyo from Fusa to the effect that the Chinese troops at Ping- yang bad crossed the river Tal-dong and perpared for action on the other side.

Another telegrama is azid to have been received in Tokyo from Kabyong, vốf Furan, stating that heavy rain bad continued for some days past in Ping-yan-do.
