ONE WAY OF DOING IT.
The methods of doing missionary work, and particularly that kind which calls for dealing with Chinese officials, are many and various. In the N. C. Herald for May 4th, there is a long account of the manner in which two Roman Catholic priests got into a yamên prison and declined all invitations to leave until the officiate came in person to release them, this being com pelled to bear witness to the fact of their imprisonment.
