and ather NON-CHINESE RESIDENTS 1o pive prompt attention to the state of their KITCHENS, COOK-HOUSES, SERVANTS QUARTERS and OUT-OFFICES GENE- RALLY, to have them thoroughly CLEANSED and WHITEWASHED without delay, and then to make a DAILY VISIT and INSPECTION.
