■T is hereby nolified that on the 13th of April the Commitee appointed by the Royal Decree No. 114 of 11th December, 1891, will receive In
this Office, TENDERS for the exclusive privilege of SELLING, MAKING, IMPORTING and EXPORTING GUNPOWDER, SALTPETRE and SULPHUR in MACAU, TAIPA, COLOANE and their dependencies, for the time of Twenty- five Months, commencing on the 1st of June next, and will adjudicate the same to him who bids the highest price, should that be accepted. The terms on which the Contract shall be grounded are pubila in this Office every useful day hom so AM to 3P.M. The following Regulations must be observed :-

Tenders shall be delivered to the Committer when the Auction Hall is get open, und fifteen minutes afterwards they shall opened by the same Committee.
