The British steamship Fokian reports that she left Tamsil on the 18th instant, Amoy on the rgtb, and Swatow on the aoib. From Tam » sal had Night north-north-west winds the frat part of the passage, and the latter part had north-north-east winds with overcast and showery weather to Amoy From Amoy had: moderats north-east winds and overcast sky to Swatow. From Swatow had-light variable winds with barr and onwettled weather the first part, and the latter part had fresh-north-west winds and cloudy weather.
