TRADE WITH INFECTED DISTRICTS, The Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce has forward the following correspondence referring to the question of cholera being spread by moses of goods transported from Hamburg
and other infected places.
To do this satifactorily requires the employ ment of specialist experts and of these any number are found on their pay tolls. Among them may be mentioned chemists, surgeons, electricians, cooks, microscopis's, mechanical Inventors, barbers, sanitary enginers, designers, painters, sculptors, oculists, opticians, veterina

All the fresh water along the various lines is analyzed both as to its potable quality and as to its effect upon locomotive boilera.
