The British steamship Hailsong reports that she left Tamsul on the 25th instant, Amoy en Captain Watson, 96th the 26th, and Swatow on the 28th. From Tam- sai to Amoy had strong north-easterly winds and high following sea with cloudy weather. From Amoy to Swatow had freah north-east winds and fine clear weather, and from Swatow to port bad strong north-east winds and bith following sea, cloudy and overcast weather with tight rafa, In Amoy the steamships Diamond and Borneo.
