reference to the Namchow enquiry, our morning contemporary (now, alast threatening to become an evening paper) has expressed itself clearly and creditably in a leader which contains sound sense and, indisputable deduc tions. It is a very fine leader. It is taken hodily from last night's Telegraph. We com mend our contemporary's good judgment in the selection of cuttings, but it might have been as well to have acknowledged the source of inspira- tion, as a matter of form.
