A SPECIAL meeting of the Sanitary Board was held this afternoon, when there were present the Chairman (Mr. Stewart Lockbar), Dr. Ayres, Mr. Cooper, and Mr. Humphreys. It was resolved that the report of the Committee House byelaws be adopted and forwarded to the appointed to consider the Common Lodging Government. The only alteration suggested was that the byelaws be put into operation in August, 1892, instead of 1891. This concluded the business of the meeting.

To these, adds the Electrical as the robably well be a scence of thing at they will be." And we might add "Government is the science of things as they ought not to be,"
