having $100, or more, at their credit may at their option transfer the same to the HONG- KONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION on fixed deposit for 13 months at 5 per cent, per annum interest. 4-INTEREST at the rate of 31 % per annum will be allowed to Depositors on their daily balances.
