The British gunboat Raffler reports that she left Manila on the 10th 'instant. Experieticed strong north-east monsoon, direction of wind north-north-eastį force 6, and heavy sea.
The British steamship Namyong reports that she left Saurabaya on the 'and instant. Had fresh north-west to west-north-west winds from port to north-west point of Bornen; thence light| northerly wind through Sulu Archipelago to Minduné Islande ; thence had strong north-east monsoon to port.
The British steamship Namoa reports that she left Foochow on the roth instant, Expert. enced moderate north-east winds and fine weather to Amoy. Left Amoy on the 11th, and Swatow on the rath.
