The German steamship Activa reports that the left Cebu on the roth instant. From the toth to rath fine weather and barometer little change; on the afternoon of the rath high northerly sea and barometer 27.373 on the 13th and 14th very black sky and high irregular sea, generally, from north-north-east, on the 14th and 15th violent storm from south-west and west-south-west, with very strong squalls and much rain, the lowest barometer 27.04, and high sea from north-north- west; on the 15th and 16th at 5 p.m. barometer 27.22, and had strong south-south-west winds with high sea from north-north-west..
