The German steamship Vefoz reports that she left Saigon on the 4th inst. The first part of the voyage had variable winds and squally weather. From Macclesfield Banks to port bad fresh N.E. winds and fine weather.

The British steamship Oceanle reports that she left San Francisco on the 11th ulto., at 4or p.m. From San Francisco to Honolulu on the 11th ulto; strong N.W. winds and high sea for two days, afterwards light N.E. winds and fair weather to Honolulu, 7 days 2 hours, Left Honolulu on the 19th; had moderate to light easterly winds and fair weather to meridian. Ia long. 160 deg. E., encountered a moderate wes- teily gale lasting 18 hours thence to Yokohama variable winds and confused sea from all quar- ters.
