The German steamship Yangtia reports that she left Shanghal on the 30th ultimo. Had rainy and foggy weather with variable winds from
port to port.
The British steamship Pakshan reports that she left Bangkok on the 25th ultimo, and Koh- si-chang on the 27th. Had light gasterly winds and fine clear weather throughout the passage.
The Japanese steamship Kuikadoto Maru reports that she left Kutchitolu on the 29th ultimo. Experienced moderate north-east wind and fine weather to 'Turnabout; from there to port had fresh breeze with raia and fog.
The British sleamship Japan reports that she left Calcutta on the rdik uliing, Penang on the 24th, and Singapore on the 27th arrived here last night (and instant). After leaving Singapore experienced fine weather up to Paracels; thence to lat. 21 deg. north) had light southerly winds thence to arrival had fresh north-east winds and thick weather with rain; at 7 pts, anchored out- side Green Island on account of thick weather.
The British steamship Haflong reports that she left Foochow on the 31st ultimo, Amoy on the 1st instant, and Swatow on the and. From Foochow towards Amoy had variable winds with passing rain.
