TO-DAY.
THE SHARE MARKET.
5 o'clock, To-day has been almost drawn blank, the wretched weather, in addition to two mails, having a most depressing effect on share operators. There have been some inquiries after Banks for the end of the year at 155, but sellers want a point higher and consequently, nothing has been done. Docks are offered for December 31st at 33 per cent. premium, and there are sellers of Steamboats for delivery on that date at 223 per share. Sales of the Diary Farm Co.'s scrip at 12) have been arranged and there are further buyers. With the excep tion of some transfers of Punjoms at 8, no farther transactions have been reported." The East Borneo Planting Co.'s shares are now wanted at 46. ́.
