The British steamship Parthia reports that, she left Vancouver on the 4th ultimo, and Yokos. hama on the 22nd at 6.48 a m. arrived at Kobe on the 23rd at 9.20 am, and left again on the 26th at 0.4 4. Off Cape Muroto had strong westerly wind and high sea. On the 27th and 28th the 20th off Turnabout had thick fog ith calms. had moderate wind and fine clear weather. On Fron Chapel Island to port had foggy weather and smooth sea; arrived here this morning at tro'clock; 5 days and 13 hours passage from Kobe.
