Noon. Business in the Share Market this morn-

ing is still very quiet. Sales of Banks have been negociated at 190 per cent. premium for cash, and there are further sellers at that figure. Yangtszes have come down to Tis. 1030 without leading to business. China Sugars have been done at, 139 for cash and 141 for the end of December. Nothing in other stocks requires special

mention.

4 o'clock p.m.

Since noon Hotel scrip has changed hands at 150 per share, leaving off with further buyers at the rate. A fair num- ber of China Sugars have been done at 140 for cash and 143' for December 31st, more shares being wanted at these rates. Other stocks remain as per quotation list.
