Noon.
Not a single trans on of importance in share business har en registered since we last wrote. This morning the rainy weather, the expected typhoon and the outgoing French mail have almost entirely monopolised the attention of share dealers, Briefly we may state that Banks are slightly firmer at quotation, although no actual business has taken place. A time transaction at 204 for December 31st is said to have been put through, but we are not in a position to vouch for the accuracy of the report. A small business has been done in Hotel scrip at 160; but at this rate there are plenty more buyers, so this quota- tion must be taken exactly for what it is worth. China Sugars remain decidedly' unsteady at 150, and probably, a lower offer would lead to business. Nothing else need be specially referred to.

The German frigate Stesch reports :-At Woo sung Admiral von Blanc was relieved on the 29th ultimo, and went to America from Stang hal Commodore Baron von der Gott, whose, Ang the Storch bears, took command of the German squadron.
