Noon. Business still rules quiet in the Share Market. Sales of Banks have been nego- ciated at 206 per cent, premium for the end of the month, and there are sellers at Docks are 210 for the end of August. offering at to premium, with buyers at 59. Steamboats have changed hands at 52 per share premium, and left off with sellers at that figure. China Sugars are in re- quest at quotation, and Luzons have been dealt in at 880 per share. Ices have slightly improved their position, buyers offering 161 without inducing holders to come to terms, Nothing in other stocks requires special mention.

Not a single transaction has been re- ported since we last wrote. Banks are ra ther weaker at 206, and Hongkong Fires have also depreciated slightly, sellers rul- ing the market at 350. Hotels are wanted at the increased rate of 165. Other quota- tions are unchanged. .
