Noon There is not a single transaction to re- port from the Share Market this morning. Banks are rather firmer with buyers at 194 premium for the end of the month. Chinese Insurances-have improved their position slightly, offers to buy at $220 per share failing to induce holders to part. Other stocks remain as per annexed list.

4 o'clock p.m. Since noon sales of Banks have been negociated at 194 premium for cash, and 197 for the end of July. Luzons are now offering at $76 per share but there are no buyers at the reduced rate. Nothing else requires special mention,
