A considerable amount of business has been put through in the Share Market this morning, mostly time bargains.

Jarvis, 14th March,-Honolulu 15th Feb, and Nagasaki, Flour.-Thos. Howard & Co. have changed hands at 188 per cent. prom-WHAMPOA, British str., 1, 109, J. E. Williams, ium for cash, and there are still buyers at that rate; the same stock has also been negotiated at 193 for the end of April, and 200 for the end of June. Hongkong Fires have fallen in value and are now on offer at $1,350 per share,

China Fires are on offer at quotation without inducing buyers to come forward. Hotels, are very firm, sales having taken place. at $158 per share for the end of April, and leaving off with cash buyers at $155. China Sugars "have been sold at $207 per share for cash, and also at the same rate for the end of the month Luzons are slightly improving, shares having been put through at $104, and more are wanted at the same figure. Nothing in other stocks came under our notice,
