Mr. TONNOCHY was at one time an en- thusiastic freemason, and took for years a prominent part in the local history of the craft. He was elected Master of Zetland $25, the Mother Lodge of the Colony, in 1879, and duly occupied the chair during the ensuing year. The very large assem- blage of the brethern from all the lodges in Hongkong, at the funeral to-morrow morning will testify to the respect in which the deceased brother was held by the craft.
