The British steamship Pasang reports left Shanghai on the 5th instant at 5 pm.Had fine. clear weather throughout.

The British steamship Diement reports from Shanghai, vil Foochow on the 6th instant at 6 a.m. Had moderate N.E. winds with fine wear ther throughout.

The British steamship Durham reports left Sydney on the 14th September, and experienced fine weather to the Pocklington reef; since that had unsettled weather and much rain.

The Chinese steamship Hwai-yuen reports left Shanghai at 5 pm. on the 4th instant, and arrived in Hongkong at 5 am. on the 8th. Had | light variable winds and fine weather throughout. The British steamship, Bivonat reports left Saigon on the 3rd instant. Had moderate N.E wind the first part of the voyage. part had light airs and calms with strong N.E. swell,
