SOLDIERS' AND SAILORS' LETTERS,

1. Privates in H.M. Army or Navy, Non- commissioned, Officers, Bandmastera, Army Schoolmasters (not superintending or First Class) Writers or schoolmistresses may send half-ounce letters to the United Kingdom by mail at the rate of four cents (two-pence) cach, which may be prepaid either in Imperial or in Hongkong Stamps. lly private steamer the postage is two cents (one penny).
