Notice is hereby given, that TEN. DERS for the PRIVILEGE of PRE- PARING SELLING PREPARED OPIUM within the Colony for the term of ONE, TWO, or THREE YEARS
from the 1st of March 1882, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 1853, No. 1. of 1859, and No. 7 of 1879, will be received at this Office until Noor on MONDAY, tho 24th October, 1881.
Each Tender should specify the monthly payment offered for the poriod above-mentioned.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highost or any Tender.
Should the highest Tender be less than the sun the Governor thinks a fair price for the Opium Farm, His Excellency in Council will graut Li
