Notice is hereby given, that TEN. DERS for the PRIVILEGE of PRE- PARING an SELLING PREPARED OPIUM within the Colony for the term of ONE, TWO, or THREE YEARS from the lat of March, 1882, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 1858, No. 1 of 1859, and No. 7 of 1879, will be received at this Office until Noor on MONDAY, the 24th October, 1881.

Each Tender should specify the monthly payment offered for the period

above-mentioned.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any Tender.
