on some time since bus
in consequence of the instructions not to sanction Contracts for service at any
other than British Possessions, there
haw been much delay and pecuniary lose in procuring
even the few who have left in the "Charles Augueté".
The
Charter of the aber be Blane" has been cancelled and the Charles Augusts" "has
left 132 men short of the number she could begally carry.
