I have the honour to transmit to you for your consideration & report a copy of a letter I have received from Mr R. Pendarves Vivian together with a petition from Messrs Fox & Fur Pollard of Falmouth relating to complaining that a footway, adjoining some premises at Houghing of which they are the trustees, has been obstructed by the erection of an Engine House for the Fire Brigade.
