Your Lordship's attention to the state of Primary Education in the Colony, I shall do myself the honour of stating the position when your Lordship was working at the Colonial Office, and also to the working of the Ordinances called for and prepared to answer any enquiries you may be desirous of making regarding the Gambling Ordinance, and the Ordinance for the prevention of the spread of contagious disease.
I hope to be in England about the beginning of May.
