That Your Lordship's Memorialist begs to offer himself as a Candidate for the Office of Colonial Surgeon of Hong-Kong, which he is given to understand is about to become vacant by the resignation of Dr. Murray.
He therefore prays that Your Lordship will be pleased to appoint him to the vacancy.
