This is a retrospect of Stongkang affairs from Me Murrous point of view.
Unless you should wish it, I do not propose to go in detail into the questions that are raised and enquired into. There is some truth in all he says. Perhaps it will be found that all the questions to which he refers have already been considered by, or are under consideration by the Council. Mr. Coppen and I have discussed this matter.
