To present some Creditors

of George Faulkner late of Shaugh deceased - who died 8th Dec 1866- He appears to have a balance at his Banker of about £137 - and as his relatives are scattered about and considerable expense would be incurred if the money in China were to remain

I ask your Lordship whether the assets belonging to the Faulkner could be transmitted from China to the Colonial Office here with the authorities of which I could establish my client's claim

I am, My Lord, to the Secretary

of State.

respectfully

The Colony Maynard.
