Having attended Mr. R. M. Goodlake, Surgeon, from time to time, for more than twelve months past, I am satisfied that his general health is not good; and he suffers from special symptoms which, added to his dread of the next hot weather, makes it very desirable that he should leave this before summer, and proceed to Europe by long Sea voyage in preference.
