I have the honour to inform you that on the 20th ult. I despatched to my despatch No. 51 of the 11th March.
I have appointed Mr. Alex Falconer as Master in the Central School, Hongkong.
He will be provided with a passage to Hongkong on the Mail Steamer of the 30th April.
