No further communication has been received from your Lordship's Department on the subject of that Heligoland Memorial nor have Memorialists been as yet acknowledgment of either of their two subsequent communications to your predecessor, the one in the same month of August transmitting a printed Copy of their Memorial in which some emissions of marginal references were supplied, and the other in the ensuing month of September transmitting a Copy of a then recent correspondence between a Gentleman from Hong Kong from whom they had obtained them
