I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch n° 749 of the 19 July, and to transmit to you in reply a Copy of the Postal Convention, which was signed at Paris on the 24 September 1856, the Ratifications being exchanged on the 19 November of the same year, but which was wrongly described in one part of the French Ambassador's despatch ... 24 November 1866.
