that the Queen's Exequatur, empowering Dr. C. Eibehe to act as Consul for the North German Confederation at Hong Kong,
received Her Majesty's signature on the 7th instant,
and that the notification of Her Majesty's approval of the appointment of Dr. Eibehe will appear in the Gazette of the 10th instant.
