I have now received a complaint from Prof. Ferreira against Mr. Lo for having published libels against him as former Inspector of Schools.
I have now to inform the Portuguese Government that I have been so informed, & I have now to desire that a note be sent to the Fiscal persuing the case under the circumstances of the case.
