With reference to your Letter of the 13th Instant and its enclosures, I am desired by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, that their Lordships approve of the grant of a Supernumerary allowance at the rate of £53.6.8 per annum to the Thornton-Fiennes Clerk in the Harbour Master's Office, Hong Kong.
