I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to state, for the information of Lord Granville, with reference to your Letter of the 9th April respecting the Audit of the Hong Kong Account, that they do not apprehend that this question is disposed of by their Letter of 2nd December last.
