It is always necessary to provide for the contingency of a boiler having to be taken out to be repaired or replaced and to make a hatch large enough to admit of its removal; nothing is said in the Requisition nor anything shewn on the drawings as to a Master Cabin where the Boiler will protude and no Cabin should be constructed over the boiler under circumstances on a vessel of any size.
