information, a letter from the Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong, Enclosing requisition for School Materials for the Educational Department in that Colony.
The articles in question have been supplied and shipped to Hong Kong
as it was believed the total cost would not exceed £100, but as that amount has been exceeded by £2.14.5, Exclusive of freight and incidental charges,
I have to apply for this Lordship's sanction for incurring Expenditure
